February 19th, 2010 @7:38pm: Our Dining Room Section is now partially up with some nice dining, bar, and pub table sets. We will soon be modifying our bed frame, mattress, and klik-klak pages with the new format so you don't have to wait ten minutes for the page to download! (yes, I've received feedback)
February 17th, 2010 @1:37pm: Our Living Room Section is now partially up with some nice sofa, loveseat, and chair sets, recliners, and chairs. Also, we have some beautiful lamps.
February 10th, 2010 @9:10am: Our custom order sofas are now up and this time with some improvements. All layouts are reduced 30% - 40% from the regular price. Check them out.
January 28th, 2010 @3:16pm: 100 Fans on Facebook! Let's celebrate! An extra 5% off our lowest promotional rate or coupon for any facebook fan until the end of the month!! (I can't combine this with the extra 10% off for any facebook fan on mattresses which brings your discount to 50%... what was I drinking when I released that promotion...? some restrictions apply). January 7th, 2010 @6:35pm: I am still working on coding new pages but the end is in sight. I can't believe how I thought I could finish everything in a day or two. You forget one semi-colon and the entire page goes blank. I am working on thumbnails on this page, but have to run out to make a delivery and see my nephew at the hospital. Will update when I am back.

January 1st, 2010: Congratulations to January Facebook Fan Contest Winners Valerie Farabee of Seattle WA and Jeremy Myers of Columbus Ohio!! Valerie won the local drawing for her choice of one Adesso floor lamp, and Jeremy won the out of area drawing for an Adesso table lamp! Now all you have to do is come pick it up Jeremy. Or we may have it shipped. Hehe. I will be contacting you both shortly with more details on redeeming your prize! Note: Prize winners are chosen by refreshing our Facebook page and choosing the fan who appears first in the list, as they reconfigure randomly! Out of area fans are those that live more than one hour from our store on a day with no traffic, acccording to Google Maps.

The day after Thanksgiving my sister learned that her 11-year old son and my nephew, Haden, has brain cancer. You can read about it here on her journal hosted by Caring Bridge. She lives in Clark Fork, Idaho where she has a small business, "Clark Fork Wellness". She has been coming to Seattle every week for his radiation therapy, staying at the Ronald McDonald house, and will continue to do so until the first week in March. Obviously this has been a financial strain on them even with the insurance. Her town is holding an auction for Haden on March 6th (see: Clark Fork for Haden), as next he is going to undergo a procedure in Texas. I am starting this new program for him. If you are willing to write a check for $20 to my sister, "Cheryl Meadows", I am willing to take an extra $25 off your purchase or order in addition to any discounts and promotions we are offering (minimum purchase $95 please). 2 Loft Spaces for Rent...
in our store and one space in our Warehouse on 1st Avenue. Both store spaces are accessible through the main door of our store and are approximately 400+ square feet for each space, not including common areas. The front loft is only $800 per month and features a large window that overlooks First Avenue. The rear loft overlooks the back of our store and is accessible through the main entrance as well. There is also a large private room in our third floor warehouse that is available for 1.50/square foot, and I believe that it is around 600 square feet. Any of these spaces would be perfect for an art studio or small business. I will post photos of these spaces later. If you are interested in renting one, I would love to hear from you.
